Loved the spacious rooms with a separate living area. The pool area was fantastic for kids with a water slide. The daily parking fee felt unnecessary on top of the room cost. We enjoyed the movie nights, but some dining options were overpriced for the quality. Overall a solid stay.

I had a really unsettling experience when someone tried to enter our room. I was getting dressed, and suddenly, there were two guys at the door! They clearly had my room number. The hotel messed up big time, and it was terrifying.

The room was designed for comfort, featuring a spacious layout with two TVs and a mini-fridge. Unfortunately, the bed felt uncomfortably firm, leaving me with back pain. Temperature control was inconsistent, with the AC failing twice during my stay. Noise levels were disruptive due to proximity to the entrance; I could hear guests outside throughout the night. The shower was pleasant, and the overall décor was appealing. it lacked adequate housekeeping. Staff interactions varied—some were friendly, while others were less accommodating, impacting the overall experience. Improvements in service and room conditions could enhance guest satisfaction.

Caribe Royale Orlando exceeded my expectations! The spacious rooms offered stunning views and the friendly staff made us feel at home. The pool area with its beautiful waterfall was a highlight. With close proximity to Universal and Disney, this resort is perfect for family vacations!

I had an amazing time as the hotel is within a short bus ride to the Magic Kingdom and only about a 5-minute walk from numerous dining options, shops, and attractions like the World of Disney and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, making it super easy to explore the area with my family; our suite was spacious and super clean, adding to the overall great experience, but I'd suggest looking for more diverse dining options outside of the breakfast buffet.

Comfortable lodgings, spacious suites with a nice size mini fridge and microwave that allowed us to relax and enjoy our time together beyond just sleeping.

Decent stay, but issues persist. The villas are spacious, ideal for families. Having a full kitchen is a valuable asset. Cleanliness is a strong point; the facilities were generally well-maintained. Staff functions vary. Some were exceptionally professional, while others, particularly during check-in, fell short—rudeness isn’t acceptable. The pools provide ample entertainment for children, but prepare for long waits at the elevators and parking fees. Rooms were smaller than expected, with few basic amenities, like lacking a duvet for the sofa bed. Breakfast felt overpriced, especially given the quality. Communication issues need addressing; clarity is critical. With better attention to service and details, this place has potential.

The fenced playground and splash pad were perfect for my kids, and the staff went above and beyond to find us poolside chairs. Our seamless room transition after extending our stay impressed me, making me worry for nothing. Room service breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious, a pleasant surprise! our arrival faced hiccups—the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and I didn't get the rose petal setup for our anniversary. Plus, the pool area felt a bit outdated, and the beds in the villa definitely needed better support. Still, the helpful staff made it all worthwhile.

I felt like a wealthy explorer at Disney Springs, loved the Flower & Garden Festival, and indulged in a romantic dinner at The Venetian Chop House.
My roommates, the cockroaches, enjoyed a complimentary stay too.

My family and I had an amazing weekend at this tropical paradise! The spacious, newly renovated rooms were a delight, and the buffet breakfast was simply awesome. Located just minutes away from major attractions, we had no trouble exploring the area.

The room had effective heating and air conditioning, which was a relief considering the varying temperatures outside. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for a nice morning pick-me-up. I was a bit disappointed that there was no trouser press available, as it would have been helpful for keeping my clothes looking sharp. the lack of garden furniture or a terrace to enjoy the outdoors was a drawback for me as I enjoy spending time outside. On the bright side, the room was stocked with free toiletries, which was a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. I also took advantage of the room service, which was prompt and efficient. The housekeeping service kept the room tidy, although there were some missed spots in terms of cleanliness. I wish there were more amenities like shops or commercial services on-site for convenience. The laundry service was handy, but I found the valet parking to be a bit pricey. A complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions would have been a great addition, as I ended up spending quite a bit on paid shuttle services. my stay at Caribe Royale had its ups and downs, but the helpful staff and convenient location did make up for some of the shortcomings. I enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival and appreciated the assistance from the tours/ticket desk.

Our family had a magical time at the festive EPCOT ® Festival of the Arts. From enchanting visual displays to delightful culinary experiences, every moment brought wonder. The Movies under the Stars Program was a laid-back treat, offering cozy family entertainment under the night sky.
My wife says that the hotel should include complimentary Wi-Fi.

parking cost $29 a day plus tax, which felt excessive. the main pool was closed during our stay.

I had a fun weekend at this place! So much to do, starting with the great pool area and all the activities available. The property was impressive, and the rooms were updated, which I really liked. It's located close to the Disney Parks, so we got there in no time.
Some points to consider: there is a parking fee, and sometimes the cleanliness could be improved. I found a bit of someone else's hair on the floors and pillows.

We hit up the EPCOT ® Festival of the Arts, which was sooo cool. Then, we chilled at the Movies under the Stars Program—it was so chill! The vibes were on point, and the fun factor was through the roof!
It would've been even more epic if there had been a dedicated party zone for late-night hangouts and dancing.

the property was very nice and clean, with excellent services and facilities. the staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was awesome. the location is great, just minutes away from attractions. the villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there's even a free taxi voucher to the premium outlet, cutting down on transportation expenses.

My daughter loved the playground by the kiddie pool. The pool area is just beautiful! The outside restaurant/bar was just wonderful too. Enjoyed relaxing here on our pool day. I'll recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic time at a resort near Disney with 24-hour reception, room service, and a variety of facilities including pools, game room. The hotel also offered beach access, fitness studio, and shuttle service. The room was spacious with separate living area and comfy beds. Breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a second cafe for quick bites. The hotel was clean and had a pleasant smell. my family and I enjoyed our stay and the convenient location to Disney, Universal Park, and malls.
Construction near the restaurant affected breakfast experience.
